- The Dragon SLS Jacket is comfortable, convenient, innovative and incredibly robust. The tank is equipped with the SLS weight system - Slide and Lock System. The features of this system are: a stable hold on the ballast, increased holding surfaces, active mechanical locking system, quick release mechanism, guide tunnel for easier insertion, audible feedback of correct insertion.
The SLS system has a capacity of 4+4 kg on sizes XS to S, and 6+6 kg on sizes M, L and XL.
There is also a stretch pocket with a neoprene panel made from the same neoprene used for wetsuits: it is abrasion resistant and has a strong horizontal zip. - Mares engineers designed the Atlas Adj 62X regulator with the most extreme conditions in mind. The all-metal second stage offers high thermo-conductivity, making it one of the best-performing regulators, even for cold water diving. Particularly durable, it is designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding diving environments.
With performance standards that exceed expectations at 200m and proven technology at 400m, the Atlas Adj 62X is ready to live up to the high standards divers have come to expect from Mares regulators.
FIRST STAGE
The 62X TBP first stage is the first from Mares to be equipped with a dual piston, anti-freeze kit. The 62X first stage is also equipped with AST (Auto Sealing Technology), which protects against water entering the first stage, and uses a DFC (Dynamic Flow Control) system which ensures high, constant airflow.
The main features of the 62X first stage are:
- A T.B.P. system for improved performance during cold water dives
- A DFC LP port for high air flow at any depth
- A.S.T. technology to prevent water entry
- Pre-oriented LP and HP ports
- A compact diaphragm first stage
- A pearl chrome finish
- The Octopus Dual Adj is made of ultra lightweight technopolymer and offers smooth and easy breathing at all depths. It has a pneumatic assisted (P.A.D.) design and Mares' exclusive patented Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) systems. The adjustable breathing knob helps divers enjoy a customised breathing experience, even when wearing thick gloves.
True to the Mares brand, the Octopus Dual Adj exceeds performance standards at 200m and uses proven technology at 400m.
This highly developed delivery system offers high-performance at a very competitive price while providing all the features needed by today's demanding divers.
Equipped with a Superflex hose and oversized purge button. - The Mission 2 console is impressive due to its slim, ergonomic design and is fitted with four eyelets to be attached to the jacket. It includes the manometer suitable for a pressure of 300 bar and integrated in a shockproof plastic case. The depth gauge has a towed hand that displays the maximum depth reached during a dive. The case is designed so that the new Puck computer can be easily inserted in place of the depth gauge in the event of a subsequent upgrade.
